Kit is in 1/6 scale and depicts Cesar Romero's version of The Joker from the 60s TV Batman series starring Adam West. I bought this directly from Johhny Stacks years ago with no original box with boxart. Figure did not include a base or the 1/6 scale playing cards but you can order those inexpensively on the internet.

He is meant to be holding one of the Joker cards. I attached some pictures of what this kit can look like once built and painted for reference only.
